Fee Schedule
Kelston Medical is a member of National Hauora Coalition, a Primary Healthcare Organisation (PHO). This means patients pay low consultation fees and most patients have access to some free or low-cost services and programmes, see "Services" for more information. Casual patients and visitors are not entitled to these subsidies.
If you choose to enroll with us, your initial fee will be higher ($33) This is a one off higher fee which covers the doctors extra time at the first consultation and the nurse's time spent gathering your medical history, checking any recalls due and taking measurements such as Blood Pressure, height and weight.
- It is not possible to be enrolled and receive funding at 2 different medical centres at the same time.
- There is a separate schedule of fees for nursing and additional services available at your request.
- Appointments are scheduled in 10-15 minute slots. If your appointment takes longer you may be charged extra at the Doctors' discretion.
- Please book a double appointment if you need extra time (there will be an extra fee for this)
